Hello Molly's return policy states that customers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Hello Molly does not offer exchanges, but customers can return their items for a store credit or a refund to their original form of payment. Refunds may take up to ten business days to process once the returned item is received. Swimwear, lingerie, cosmetics, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
